The Heat Networks Investment Project (HNIP), funded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, aims to provide £320m of capital support to increase the volume of heat networks being built, deliver carbon savings, and help create the conditions necessary for a self-sustaining heat network market to develop.
With over 10 years of experience in funding carbon reduction projects in the public sector, Salix are excited to be working in partnership with BEIS on the delivery of this new project which will transform the UK heat network market.
The HNIP is a separate scheme from the current energy efficiency scheme which is administered by Salix. For more information on the Salix energy efficiency scheme please visit www.salixfinance.co.uk
